Moving furniture in.......
I spent today finally moving furniture into my new work room. I haven't begun to sort out the mess and actually moving in 'the stuff' there is still dust everywhere and tomorrow will have to be a cleaning day in my living room. I hadn't appreciated just quite how much art 'stuff' Alice and I have accumulated and I found a drawerful of videos, now to find someone who still has a video and who would appreciate them!

Almost there!
The builders have one more day to do and an appointment with the building inspector and then it is finished and I can begin the task of painting and laying a floor and then arranging it all to suit me, really excited now!

From the front, where there used to be a garage door.

Entrance from the back looking through.

Inside, difficult to show as the room is long and narrow!

Inside door from the living room....that was the really messy part, it's going to take me a long time to clear all the dust!!
Next job will be the garden, sorting that out after all the building work and getting the hardstanding sorted out for the sheds. just wish the weather was a bit warmer!

Demolition begins.........
The demolition job has started, getting excited now as new found light has found its way into the garden, will be glad when its all gone. The clearance men reckon to have the job done by the end
of today so will update tomorrow!
Meanwhile I'm leaving them to it as I go to Chippenham today to attend a ceremony and recieve a momento (plastic paperweight ,I believe!!) for working for the health service for 30 years!! way too long and that has to be round Alice's music exam, poor thing is so nervous it's a bit like living on egg shells. hopefully tonight will be more relaxed for us all.
